RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Entity Brands endeavours to make you happy, and we back that up with our return policies. If you are not pleased with your purchase, just contact within 30 days of purchase to lodge a return authorization and we will give you a refund or replacement for the goods. While we hope it doesn’t come to that, we’ll make it as painless as possible.

Please keep the goods in a new condition, unworn, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.

Please note change of mind returns will result in a 15% restocking fee as we will need to return these to our offshore warehouse. We will try to avoid this, and the associated fees, where possible.
