Refund policy

At Entity Brands, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to accept the return of any un-embroidered, unused and non-altered item within 30 days of the original purchase date and issue a full refund or exchange.

T&C's of Returns

  1. A Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) is required for all returns. This will be emailed to you after requesting a return. 
  2. Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. 
  3. All returns must include the original packaging and tags in a resalable condition.
  4. We will not accept the return of any item which shows signs of use or wear, including but not limited to: 
    1. Alternations
    2. Laundering
    3. Odours, including smoke
    4. Pet hair
    5. Stains or other marks
  5. We will not accept the return of discontinued products. 
  6. We only accept the return of items purchased directly from us; if you purchased through one of our distributor partners, please contact them for your return.  
  7. Change of mind returns results in a 15% restocking fee
